Terms of Service
Welcome to CampityCamp’s Terms of Service! Thank you for taking time to read this.
Last updated: August 6, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using CampityCamp's services ("Service"), including our website, camp discovery tools, booking assistance, and CampMatch, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
CampityCamp helps families discover camps and schools-out care, and may help with planning and registration support. CampMatch is CampityCamp’s matching and planning product: parents share family details, child preferences, location, and school calendar information so we can surface camp and schools-out options that may fit. Recommendations are informational and do not guarantee availability, admission, waitlist placement, pricing, or that a camp will accept a registration.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, either express or implied. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (including CampMatch) at any time without notice.
2A. CampMatch accounts
2A.1. To use CampMatch you may create a parent account (for example with an email address and passwordless sign-in). You must provide accurate information and keep your contact details current.
2A.2. You represent that you are a parent or legal guardian (or are authorized by one) when you submit information about a child.
2A.3. CampMatch may use school calendar links or calendar files you provide to identify schools-out periods. Extraction can be incomplete or incorrect; you are responsible for confirming dates before booking.
2A.4. Paid CampMatch plans (if offered) are subject to the pricing and billing terms shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, CampMatch fees are separate from any camp tuition or fees charged by a camp provider.
2A.5. CampMatch does not operate camps and is not a party to agreements between you and a camp. Camp rules, waivers, safety, programming, and cancellations are the camp’s responsibility.
3. User Registration and Account Security
